THE SEMINAR AND THE VENUE:
Three days dedicated to the practice and study of Iyengar Yoga, immersed in the tranquility of the Tuscan countryside, in an ideal setting to deepen work on the body, the breath, and attention, away from the rhythms of everyday life.
The Iyengar Yoga seminar will take place at Centro Montauto, an agriturismo surrounded by nature, located near Rapolano Terme, between Siena and Perugia, in an area that is ideal for regeneration and slowing down the pace. It is a facility equipped to host residential courses and seminars.
It has a large dedicated yoga hall, fully equipped for yoga practice, as well as welcoming spaces that encourage concentration, well-being, and sharing.
