Agrippina Pakharukova, born in Russia, graduated at the University in Moscow with MA degree in Oriental Studies (Ancient India) in 2008. Since 2004 she has been going to India every year in order to connect theoretic studies of Indian culture with practical realization of it.
Agrippina started practicing Iyengar yoga in Moscow in 2005. After moving to Florence in 2008 she has been studying yoga with Gabriella Giubilaro. Since 2010 Agrippina has been going regularly to Pune to study with Iyengar family.
Since the year 2008 she has been teaching Sanskrit and Indian philosophy, and since 2015 worldwide.
Agrippina collaborated in editing the second italian edition of “Light on Yoga sutra” by B.K.S. Iyengar.
At the Istituto Iyengar Yoga Firenze Agrippina teachers children class and early morning classes.
